QUESTIONNAIRE & FLOOR PLANS
You complete a questionnaire and send me the floor plans of your space, together with the exact north orientation and some information about your current situation. The more details you offer, the more accurate the analysis will be.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
I’ll contact you by email to arrange the date of the consultation, along with the payment link.

I STUDY YOUR SPACE
Using your floor plans with the exact north orientation, I analyse the geometry, layout, and orientation of your space according to Vastu Shastra principles. This is a detailed analysis that takes me around 3 hours.
04.
CONSULTATION
We meet online in a video conference. By then, I’ll share with you the analysis, the areas of your life that may be affected and what you can do to improve them. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have related to the space.
05.
REPORT & RECORDING
After the consultation, you’ll receive your Vastu analysis as a PDF and the recording of the session, so you can review it whenever you like and implement the recommended changes.

An express consultation is also available as a follow-up to a normal consultation.

For spaces that require a deeper level of intervention
VASTU SHASTRA & GEOBIOLOGY CORRECTIONS
Sometimes, during a Vastu Shastra consultation, we discover that certain corrections, cures and remedies are needed.
These are energetic corrections, carried out by placing small pieces of marble and copper in very specific locations—without the need for building work or demolitions. I can do it myself in person or guide you through the process during video calls, so it doesn’t matter where you live.
In addition to the corrections, this service includes:
- A more in-depth assessment of your property, including an evaluation based on Vedic Astrology, together with energy clearing and/or healing sessions where appropriate.
- Space Coaching: personalised guidance on arranging your furniture and décor according to the flow and orientation as per Vastu principles.
These corrections are not included in either the normal or the express Vastu consultations.
If your space requires them and you decide to go ahead, I’ll prepare a bespoke quote based on your specific needs.
A normal Vastu consultation is an essential first step before any Vastu Shastra or Geobiology corrections can be assessed.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't have floor plans?
To carry out either an online or an in-person consultation, I’ll need you to send me the floor plans before the session so I can study them in advance.
If you don’t have them, you can easily create them using this tool: https://floorplanner.com/es/personal
In exceptional cases, a hand-drawn sketch may also be enough. It isn’t ideal, but for certain situations it has worked well.
What information do I need to provide beforehand?
I’ll need the floor plans of your space with the exact north orientation, the property’s address and some information about your personal or professional situation. The more detail you give, the more accurate the analysis will be.
Is the price the same for every property?
The €200 fee for the online consultation, which applies to private clients and small businesses. For larger or more complex projects, the fee may vary.
The €370 fee (plus travel expenses) is the minimum charge for in-person consultations.
In any case, I’ll confirm the final fee once I’ve reviewed your floor plans, so you can decide whether you’d like to go ahead with all the information you need.
Submitting the form doesn’t commit you to making any payment.
Can I book a consultation from any country?
Absolutely. Consultations take place on-line via Zoom, and I can work with floor plans and property locations anywhere in the world.
How long will I have to wait for my consultation?
It depends on my availability.
Once you submit the form, I’ll contact you by email so we can arrange a date that works for both of us.
What language is the consultation available in?
Spanish or English.
Can I book a consultation for a property I'm considering buying?
Yes. That’s exactly what the express consultation is for.
Using the property’s address and the available floor plans, I can assess whether it presents any energetic imbalances, helping you make a more informed decision before you buy.
Is the consultation worthwhile even if I don't need energetic corrections?
Yes. The consultation provides a complete assessment together with practical recommendations that you can implement yourself.
Energetic corrections are only recommended when the underlying imbalances cannot be resolved through changes to the layout or the placement of furniture. They are the exception, not the rule.
Does the in-person consultation include travel expenses?
The 370€ fee only covers the consultation.
Travel expenses are charged separately.
